Shipping Policy
Shipping times can vary pending on weather, and holidays. Orders placed on weekends won’t be sent out or fulfilled until the following business day.
Holiday Outdoors makes every possible effort to expediate shipping however, cannot be held responsible for delays due to shipping companies time lines, pick up dates, or internal issues.
Return Policy
We work hard every day to satisfy our customers. If you are not completely satisfied, we will provide a refund for items returned with a receipt (and a store credit for items returned without a receipt) within 60 days of the date of purchase, subject to the details and exclusions below.
- No returns on Special orders
- No returns on Shipping Fees
What you require to return/exchange your item:
- Original receipt (or invoice)
- Original method of payment
- All original packaging (this includes all documentation, warranty card, manuals, boxes, and packing material) and must be in “As New” condition.
